Who this covers
This policy covers nearbypage.com itself. Each business page (business-name.nearbypage.com) has its own privacy policy at /privacy, which explains how that business uses your information.
Information we collect
- Visiting the site: standard technical logs kept by our hosting for security, such as IP address, browser and pages requested.
- Forms on a business page: the name, phone number and email you enter, which go to that business. We process them for the business, keep a record of any texting consent you give, and store a one-way hash of your IP address to stop abuse.
- Contacting us: what you send us by email.
How we use it
To run and secure the site, deliver your form to the business you chose, keep the consent record, and answer your questions.
