1. The service
NearbyPage hosts simple websites for local businesses at business-name.nearbypage.com, including a contact page, a text sign-up form, and a privacy policy and texting terms in the business's name.
2. Business pages
Each page belongs to the business it names. The business is responsible for the information on its page, for the messages it sends, and for following its own privacy policy and texting terms.
3. Acceptable use
Businesses must follow our Messaging Policy and the law. We may take down any page that breaks them, that is misleading, or that harms others.
4. Visitors
Forms on a business page send your information to that business. Questions about a business's services or messages go to that business.
5. Availability
We work to keep the site available but may change or pause it for maintenance or security.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the services or messages of the businesses with pages on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ZUSYSTEM LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
